CyberSecurePC provides the following Services to individuals and businesses in Baltimore, Maryland, and via mail‑in nationwide:

| Remote Support | One‑time or ongoing IT assistance via encrypted remote connection. |
| Managed Backup Setup | Automated cloud/local backup installation and monitoring (subscription available). |
| Clean Room Referral | Physical recovery (clicking drives, water damage, chip‑off) via third‑party lab partner. Upfront quote provided. |
Detailed service descriptions and current pricing are available on the Site or upon request.
A non‑refundable diagnostic fee is required before any Service begins. This fee is credited toward any approved Service performed by CyberSecurePC. If you decline all Services after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee is not refunded. The diagnostic fee amount is disclosed before any work is performed.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
Pricing for Services is provided upfront after a diagnostic assessment. All prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is due before Services are completed (for one‑time work) or on the first of each month (for subscription services). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cash (in‑person only).
Subscriptions: Managed backup and ongoing support plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice; fees are not prorated for partial months.

Remote support sessions require your prior authorization. You may terminate any session at any time. We use industry‑standard, encrypted remote access tools. We do not install persistent remote agents without your explicit written consent. Session logs are retained temporarily for quality assurance and then deleted.
A. Data Loss. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERSECUREPC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, ALTERATION, OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS A REFUND OF THE SERVICE FEES PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC JOB GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
B. No Indirect Damages. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
C. Liability Cap. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING ANY CLAIM.
D. Lab Partner Services. For clean room referrals to our third‑party lab partner, our liability is limited to the processing or referral fee paid to us. The lab partner's liability is governed by their separate agreement, which will be provided for your review before you approve the referral.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERSECUREPC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, OR ERROR‑FREE SERVICE. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION GIVEN BY OUR STAFF SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberSecurePC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third‑party rights; (c) any data or device you provide that is illegal, stolen, or infringing; or (d) your misuse of our Services.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our Site. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the destruction of access credentials within 30 days and data breach notification protocols as required by Maryland law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
For business customers or commercial entities, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Baltimore, Maryland. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes will be notified by email (if you have provided one) or by a prominent notice on our Site at least 30 days before they become effective. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
